I haven’t watched the menopause shows and so know nothing about metabolic gold.
Since my last post I’ve now lost just under 4 and a half stone in just over a year, simply by eating a healthy diet and by no longer eating chocolate, cakes and crisps etc., which I actually don’t miss. I’d rather do it that way in preference to taking anything or having weight loss jabs. I’ve done it to be healthier and I certainly feel better.
On a discussion show they had one woman who admitted that she was having the injections, although she wasn’t diabetic, and she was losing weight. She also added that she’ll probably be on them for the rest of her life because she knows that if she stops then the weight will go back on. I really don’t understand why people resort to this, especially when those who genuinely need the medication or injections find that there’s a shortage of them.
