I rang customer service this morning to have a little moan.....
I ordered a dress about 3 weeks ago and when it arrived it was faulty- a big click on the back of it. Anyway I rang for a returns label when I realised and a new one was put on hold for me.
I waited for over a week and still no returns label. Again I rang and they apologised admitting they forgot to send me a label.
Anyway I got thinking. I finally returned the dress earlier this week but I want my replacement now, NOT when QVC have processed the return. They have had my £47 for nearly a month and I have nothing to show for it.
Anyway, today they said they would send the new dress out even though the old dress isn't showing as returned on their system. When I told them I wasn't prepared to wait what was so0metimes 3 weeks to process a return the guy said they are now working to 14 DAYS!!
So maybes, just maybes we might get refunds quicker..............???!!!
ps QVC should learn from Amazon- was sent a faulty DVD, returned it,received an email the NEXT day that they had it and they processed a refund immediately
