I received these 2 plasma lighters today (with yet another torch built in lol) - - -

They were in a very small box inside a grey QVC bag, and I thought she took a photo of it in my hand. But this is the proof of delivery photo I received. It is not my item, seems to be a very large white bag inside a car, and defintely not mine.

I had a similar issue last week. Evri said they’d delivered (they hadn’t) and proof of delivery was a photo of two packages in grey bags inside a car. Contacted QVC who sent me a replacement. My original order was delivered in a cardboard box 2 day’s later followed by replacement the next day.
