My BCC earphones are broke!!!

Well after saying how wonderful these were, last night put on my ipod and was only getting sound out of one side!

So annoyed, I bought these for a good cause but expected some quality.

I have had earphones do this before but after 3-4 years of abuse.

Really annoyed and would feel bad sending them back.
