flexi pay .... ?

i bought an item using flexi-pay on the last day on air , and luckily it evetually arrived a few weeks later, but they have only taken 2 of the 4 flexi - payments ?

the last payment was end of July , so 2 payments are now overdue - anyone else like this ?

just realised i had a new bank card issued around that time, so perhaps they have the worng details - but not had anyone chasing any money yet

Many years ago my cc was renewed and of course details were wrong when I ordered something on Q cut
They did contact me and I rang in with my new card
