what happens if an item you send back doesnt reach QVC... i sent back two items separately on the same day and one of them has been received and one hasnt. its been about 10 days since i returned them so i mailed them and they said i had to wait a bit longer...i have a feeling its not going to be recieved, but i have a proof of postage......what happens if they dont recieve it?

That happed me once, I just rang and they asked me to write a letter, saying when I had sent it back and to enclose a copy of my postage receipt. I was refunded, no problem...oddly I sent a 3 diamonique ring set back, in it's box, next thing it arrived back to me missing one ring, in a Chateau D'argent box with a letter telling me I had to return it complete or keep it. I rang and explained, again wrote a letter, explaining I thought there was a mix up, that my returned items were mixed up with someone elses...again refuned without question.

Make a copy of your posting receipt before you send it to Q, in case THAT gets lost too!
