What should I do?

I ordered a "Bakewear rectangular roaster" from IW but can't remember any other details about it.

It never arrived, so I contacted CS. They sent me a "non-receipt form" to sign and return for a replacement or refund.

I forgot all about it, but have just found this letter.

It was dated 7th December 2009.

Do you think I will get a refund if I send it away now?

BTW The letter doesn't say how much I paid for it.

stratobuddy: how did you pay? Was it online or by phone; credit or debit card?

IW should have your order history on record.

Failing that, you should be able to get a credit/debit statement for the period you made your payment.

If you never received the goods you paid for and you notified IW at the time then you should be OK. They were aware you never received your item in 2007.
