WoW, that Argan oil set is the exact ones they sell in Poundland at the moment!! Talk about mark-up!! Zoiks, £7 worth of product (poundy prices) and didn't it go for £24 (whisper "plus charges") ???

Makes me smile every time Miss Jaxx says "genuine crystal" like she's saying "genuine Elvis Presley signature" :) Kiri called her "Miss Jacksy" the other day, that kinda means something funny round here :)

Loved Andrea cooking earlier with that dodgy big pan with lid, you know the one, you can unplug it and take it to your dining area. It's got two controls, very low and very high. She made a big squeal about the egg not sticking and she was right. Who cares that it was burnt on the bottom and not cooked on top, it did not stick!

Debbie had it on earlier too and I love how they chuck a sauce in to cover up the burnt bits.

I do hate how they show how easy it is to clean with a cloth, ugh, get some paper towels. Ok the pan is clean(ish) but it's gonna be a bugga of a job to clean that cloth.

I've often read your comments on here regards Gollum being chavvy, but never really seen it if you get my meaning. Last night though when he was on with the imedia guy, eurgh! The imedia guy is slimy and chavvy to the extreme and the 80's have definitely called and want their 'style' back :) however, he was pure class compared to Gollum. I think it was seeing them side by side. Makes me shudder to even think of it. Suddenly I see what you have all been going on about and have conjured up images of what 'the goddess' must be like, crikey!

On another note, Andrea, who is on in the mornings, OMG can she pleeeease go and find a more suitable job!?! She makes Peter Simon look like a proffesional tbh. I love the way she reads out the bumpf on the back of an item or a sheet and acts like she's coming up with it herself; its fantastic as she puts the pauses and exclamations in all the wrong places, makes hand movements which completely don't fit, then the camera pans up and we see her reading :p I don't think any Bid presenter has made me physically switch over they are so bad.... until her.

Also in complete agreement about Sir Kean, marvellous :)

I'm not a fan of Andrea really, she's pretty compliant but she never seems comfortable to me. Gollum does try to sound well read (usually lifted from Wiki) but he'll always be that loudmouth barrow boy off Quiz Call, like his arty ex he's pretty ludicrous really.

However, The Lord Kean is in a league of his own. This man oozes elegance and panache, he could call me all the barstools under the sun and I'd still come black for more :mysmilie_59:

You are all praising the frump, does her head tilting and fake grin just annoy me then? lol

No you're quite right, this woman is so false on screen it's unreal, the word insincerity was invented for her. However, she is very good at what she does and always compliant regarding product descriptions.

She's a TV pro, unlike ten a penny cabaret acts like Dirty Peter and Mason who are more suited to holiday camps.

It's disgusting and I feel like pouring a tube of it over Shyster Sherlock's head when he goes on about the value but he'd probably say he likes it because it's sooooooooooooo good. If he's a 'Beauty Expert' he must know full well that what they're selling are bargain basement products but at ultra inflated prices, you can't get much more bargain basement than a ****** quid in Poundland for the exact same product and brand!!!!

Shame on you Mr Sherlock, if giving such advice makes you qualify to be a 'Beauty Expert' then I think i'll stick to using Wash And Go, disgraceful :mysmilie_51:

Sally is selling a Phillip Mercier ladies watch and said 'you look at that and you instantly think money'.

I must be honest, that wasn't my first thought.

was it that cheap shiny watch set that's been DOTD?
It looks so cheap and tacky, I think it was watch, bracelet, necklace and earrings set, I felt really sorry for Kiri last night having to wear the stuff when Neil launched it, she did her best to enthuse but I don't think she'd be seen dead in any of it bless her!!

Nothing more really, his first name is really Neil and I hope you'll agree that it suits him.

I think he looks more of a Neil than a James although he could pass for a Jimmy.

Where did this 'Neil' thing come from?. I've been told his real name is
Hilary.

Who is philip mercier?

I know a filleeeeeep murrrrrrrrrceeeeyayyyyyyyyy

The name of Fileep Murseeeyay conjures up images of a rainy night in Paris, a romantic walk along the champs élysées, a coffee and warm croissant in an artisanal bistro.

And a sweatshop in Beijing.

Oh no deedee, this was a gold coloured one with a selection of bezels. It was effortlessly elegant, I liked it.

Don't miss out, call 0904 251 2000 press one and this delightful timepiece is yours.

well really Wirral, I thought better of you than that :mysmilie_466:
I don't mean to be rude but that watch with the interchangeable bezels is such poor quality, I can't believe you liked it! The bezels don't stay on so they fall off and get lost and the one that comes with interchangeable straps, the straps keep sliding off the watch so, all in all, it's a piece of worthless tat
however, the last laugh is on me because, I'm ashamed to say, this information has been learnt experientially!!! :mysmilie_493:

Of course I liked it, I believe every word that Sally says.

I must admit that my first impression was that it looked like it came from a little girls toy jewellery box but on closer inspection it kind of wowed me.

And Sally is a fashionista so I'm happy to take her word for it much like I am with Peter Sherlock's on haircare, which in my book is gospel.
