Is anyone listening to Mason going on about being the best person you can be in life (hear no evil, speak no evil).

He is selling a resin Lucky Buddha ornament.
No, but I did see Sally Klaxon and 'fragrance expert' Peter Sherlock selling something called Riches Eau De Parfum which returns just one google result-that's right Bid Tv!
So what did the fragrance expert tell us?
That he actually prefers a fragrance that no one has heard of because then people don't say 'Oh you're wearing Chanel or whatever..'
Great advice Peter-thanks!
And what did Sally think of it?
Fortunately she absolutely LLLLLLLLLLLLLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRVVVVVVVVVVVVSSSSSSSSSS it!
Purchase with confidence-you can't get a higher recommendation.

Peter Sherlock is becoming more and more hypocritical in his fragrance tastes. Today he liked a lemony, melony fragrance whereas a few days ago he was saying "who wants to smell of lemons?". Now he is bigging up Coty. Coty used to be a force to be reckoned with but is now very low-end as is Gres. He talks about all his many fragrances which I am sure are very well crafted (Guerlain Chamade and Mitsouko) but to then push Dupont and Sand as "superb" fragrances is a joke.
I wish he displayed some integrity but then again he has a job to do. But please stop saying that you are such a fragrance expert. Anyone can read the publicity blurb and talk of basenotes etc but it is now such a joke. rant over!!!
Oh my God.... Caron now and the Hearst story! Please all of Peter's Facebook followers, please do a google search before throwing your money away. Most fragrances are so much cheaper elsewhere!

Now the deal of the day.....£24.50 on Bid or £20.25 on allbeauty.com or £19.78 for 250mls on eBay. Good grief!!!

Poor Chris whatsisname having to wear that bizarre Christmas jumper. Actually feel sorry for him. Surely he's not going to try and shift it. It would take all of Saint Peter's powers to move that one.

Is Peter Sherlock on commission at the moment every time I switch on these days he's on , flogging his latest smelly either by himself or with another presenter ?

St. Peter is now wearing the weird jumper. He looks like he is being mounted by one of Santa's little helpers.Who in their right mind would buy it?

ha James just loaded up the Peter Simon snot bubble video on the tablet and he's struggling to talk

Peter: can we get YouTube on here?
Tablet guy: yeah we were just looking at it
Peter: I don't want to talk about that
James walks on with a tissue and Peter says I'm alright tonight I had a cold then

wow James just sold 2456 out of 2978 deal of the day for £2.99 + p&p and call in about 20 minutes, I don't think I've seen 1 fly out so quick at the start, James said their lines were full so they were having to use back up lines

Should bid stop witholding items?

Essentially sell what they have, when they have it

I used to like that in the past unlike QVC and others they had to sell the whole quantity for that drop/lot before they could move on to the next item, it gave us a bit more control over the price and made it more fun to watch, now they shove a clock on most things but how boring would it be if they had something sat at 1p for an hour with nobody buying it, I guess that would never happen though as some "technical problem" would force them to end that product

That's the thing, the clock is a symbol of everything that is disingenuious about sit up. We as the viewer can only control how expensive an item is based on how quickly we call in.

The only one I saw fly out that quickly was a Betty Boop perfume set, and I was shocked not only 'cause it ain't all that - ie unknown fragrance and plastic figurine you can buy anywhere, it wasn't all that cheap - If I remember it worked out at about £18 if you phoned in for it!

This one I did think looked pretty good..a pretty little oil burner complete with 12 lovely sounding fragranced oils, nicely packaged and all in at £10.98 if you buy online - I though that was quite a nice little last minute gift to buy somebody - Yes you could probably something for the same price or cheaper in the high street, but I probably wouldn't know where to look - So all in all a convenient little gift idea, and for a change I though it looked like a pretty good deal - Not surprised it sold out tbh.

They're always saying " I don't know if this is going to be back for another airing" - obviously trying to frighten you into buying it with little thought. Yesterday's offering was a set of OPI nail polishes, I think there was six, I can't remember whether they wanted £8.99 or £9.99 for them, add the extras and that doesn't really excite me. As good as the brand is, if I was thinking about spending nearly £20 on nail varnish, I'd rather go and choose the colours I actually want, even if it meant having to buy one less, at least I wont have something I won't use cluttering up my dressing table, and despite what they say, a nail varnish, unless it's thrown into a xmas stocking with loads of other bits does NOT constitute a xmas present for anyone -unless it's a young teenage girl giving to a mate! I would also like to add that bid does tend to tell you that you can split sets up into separate presents then chuck the unpackaged product straight into a cardboard box - so more than likely the OPI polishes would be unpackaged too!

Those were £12.99, I looked online and saw 1 for that price so it was a good deal if you liked those colours

Another nice little Warehouse Clearance today, clearing 5 million quids worth of stuff out.

Except half of it comes straight from the supplier and not Bid's warehouse, judging by the 14 working days delivery.

I'd like a day that doesn't have a theme.... or a credit giveaway..... etc

just sell some tat.

Is it me or is anyone else completely fed up of Christmas? I used to love it years and years ago but it's become so commercialised that it just seems pointless now.
Bid have been harping on about it since July (albeit a snail pace to begin with).

Bah humbug! Bring on the Easter eggs!

James was talking about how he has a real passion for jewellery and has done for years. He then went on to call GARRARD the jeweller 'Gerrards' and then he referred to ASPREY as 'Osprey'.

That's some passion, James, you nob.
