James was talking about how he has a real passion for jewellery and has done for years. He then went on to call GARRARD the jeweller 'Gerrards' and then he referred to ASPREY as 'Osprey'.

That's some passion, James, you nob.

I think it could just be his drawl Pola, he also calls capacitive tablet screen 'ca-pack-tive'.

Either than or he's a moron. Or he could just be taking the piss out of the viewers.

Take your pick

I used to like that in the past unlike QVC and others they had to sell the whole quantity for that drop/lot before they could move on to the next item, it gave us a bit more control over the price and made it more fun to watch, now they shove a clock on most things but how boring would it be if they had something sat at 1p for an hour with nobody buying it, I guess that would never happen though as some "technical problem" would force them to end that product

I wish they'd go back to those days too - when the Gayford prints weren't regarded (as they are these days) as being the next best thing to owning a Picasso I distinctly recall a very long 35 minutes with Greg Scott trying to flog one of the "limited editions" until they had all gone - for about £15 ! Back then the presenters were bold enough to say "it's worth it just for the frame" when selling this tat. Nowadays saying such a thing about the saintly Mr. Gayford would be seen as near sacrilege...Hard to believe some of these "not even real paintings" go for well over £100 now !

Just caught up with her now doing some Adore EDP which she says wouldn't look out of place on Downton Abbey

Seems she's been watching the box a lot while she's been off lol

muhahahaha there is no escape! James Russell carries the ring of 'Bid-tv seduction' (9ct gold smothered ontop of sterling silver, 0.1g weight, 0% value)

I doubt she's ever watched it and it sure doesn't work like QVC

I don't think she fits the channel, she's far too classy, no disrespect, just my opinion.

She certainly looked and sounded out of place today. It will be interesting to see her when she does her own segment.

In my opinion, i don't think she has the character to turn a blind eye easily, to the lack of ethics that are needed to be in peter simons league or anything close.

In other words, legitimately likeable and i cant see her taking £1.63 for f#ckall
