I remember him posting on here in the early 2000s, I’m sure. It’s a long time ago now (if you don’t believe time is an eternal now, that is) but I recall him being rather defensive to any criticism of his products - mops and sponges and plastic paint applicators in general, wasn’t it? Is he still going with these, I wonder?

He used to carry the bonnet from a mini around with him. So he could demonstrate how well some car wax he was selling worked.

I bought that, again was great once you figured out the right consistency your emuslion needed to be, never used it for gloss though, but sure it wasn't from that TV channel, was he ever on QVC?

Wasn't 100% sure so long ago, QVC were the only shopping channel i bought from back then, and I definitely got the pads & wonder foam from the TV, along with Hummel plates and a couple of Kahuna watches, why i thought he must have been on QVC.

Had to register to say how happy I am that my favourite shonky shopping tv channel is back (in spirit, if not in name). So far at least, Shop Extra is shaping up to be everything I hoped it would be: more of the same.

Sidenote, I've been reading the "random musings" thread in the IW forum for years and it's given me a lot of belly laughs. Thrilled to see it, like IW, is continuing much the same, just under a different name!
