I keep hearing presenters saying "if you can find this item anywhere else cheaper we'll refund the difference" but then the presenters go on to say that the items are exclusive to TJC.

How does that work then TJC???

Thats exactly the point they know darn well it cant be done but it gets ppls attention.............!!!!

Guessing here; I assume what they mean by "it" is the equivalent piece. Same gold caratage, same gold weight, same stones weight, same colour grading and clarity, etc.

That, from what I've heard ("Make sure that you're comparing like with like though; it has to be the same quality...") is presumably what they mean.

It's highly unlikely they would expect you to be able to obtain a new, TJC-branded piece from any other source so it's a question of finding the equivalent.
