thee of little faith, i guess they mean you can choose a day afer about 5 working days

if the sale of tsvs are lacking, maybe they should say something like order before 2/3pm and you will get the next day, obviously if the stuff comes from the manufacturers its different

Funnily enough, my local Hermes courier told me that they are looking at introducing 2-hour delivery slots at the end of July, I think it was. Whether he meant just for QVC specifically or for all Hermes deliveries, I don't know.
