Pipa is on doing LR (the only reason I’m even watching) and rabbiting on about favourite finds in 2019 and started a **** about it so you can imagine how excitable they all are.

I’m afraid I shouted that mine was the mute button.

Anyone else?

I'm with Shopps & as a result now buy from Bloomtown, Floral Street & Zao. My latest discovery is Dead Man's Fingers which is absolutely lush.

Ooh sounds interesting T. xx

Hello lovely, I know you're not a drinker but a tablespoon of this spiced rum is really nice in coffee. It's from the same company that makes a rhubarb vodka that I really like. I'm enjoying them at the moment because I don't drink in January & February so after next Tuesday evening it's water all the way.

If you enjoy it lovely T you have it, you don’t need to justify having a drink to anyone :RpS_love: although “dead mans fingers” did have me intrigued. Hope you and your loved ones have a great 2020, and that goes for all my forum buddies too xx. :grouphug:

Wish you'd sent that **** off.

A vitamin E capsule taken orally for soft glowing skin is my new find this year (also helps me with period pain!).

I have to say that bargain Culinary Concepts huge lantern for £27 was one of my big finds, it really looks nice on my monster coffee table and matches my antlers light fitting. Also getting the £10 off the MB set and getting the 5 x 100ml for £17 or so. Pleased with those. I resisted more than I ever have this year and aim to resist more in 2020.

Did anyone read how to save £667.95 by next Christmas by putting 1p away on 1st Jan, then 2p on 2nd, 3p on 3rd Jan and so on until on31st Dec 2020 you put in £3.65 . Sounds good until you think on the final weeks you have had to put away £20+.

Have seen this before. It must take lots of discipline especially when the daily amounts increase. There`s print offs for anybody interested in doing it and you tick each day as you save the amount quoted.

A friend of mine & her Mom do this, but this year they are going to do it backwards.

If you put in 1P, 2, 4, 8, 16P etc, you will have £millions, perhaps billions or even trillions, my calculator doesn't go high enough.

You will have £1000 after 10 days, then 2000, 4000, 8000, 16,000 etc etc after 2 weeks.

I will have to try it, I fancy being rich.

Was my favourite Christmas present from a lovely friend, bought from a local garden centre, a small hurricane lamp with a battery powered candle that flickers wrapped with mini leds. I love it every time I turn it on!!

Which do you use, M, & what's the IU content? Mg/other is fine if the pack doesn't show it. Thanks.

I use Solgar 400 IU two capsules daily SB; during the time of the month I take 2 capsules when in pain and with me the pain goes in 10 minutes tops; when the pain returns I take another 2 so on those days I may take 2 capsules 4-5 times a day. Forgot to say in my previous post that the elbows are softer now too and the lower legs look moisturised.
I buy it here, if you decide to order form this site, beware of the UK custom taxes SB

Interestingly, I found out recently that taking a multivitamin is not as good as taking single vitamins together, can't remember the reason now, but it made me think of the ones Q sell for £xx.
