I've just got an email from QVC saying I've been refunded for my returned parcels
I haven't returned anything and to cut a long story short my 2 Elemis TSV's have been sent back to QVC by the courier. Apparently, they couldn't be delivered! I've waited in all week for them and there's no way any attempt was made to deliver. I'm so disappointed not to be getting them
This was going to be a Christmas present to me from my husband, so he's going to be irritated too.
I missed out on the Philosophy TSV due to 'quality' issues as well.
As you can probably tell, I'm not a happy bunny

How disappointing! It's hard to believe that something which was a TSV on Sunday could get back to them so quickly, the courier couldn't have made much of an attempt to deliver and still get it back to them so soon. I'm surprised QVC believe what the courier has told them.
They should send them straight back out to you recorded delivery and they should investigate it further. The couriers are meant to leave a card if they've attempted delivery with a contact no so you can re arrange delivery.So IMO it's qvc's job to sort the problem out with the courier company.
