The VAT offer has finished, as Diane says, but it states that the VAT will be refunded on 1 January 2009 for anything purchased during their launch party prior to that date. I bought something a few days ago, but don't have anything credited back to my account yet.

Has anyone who has bought something from this site had their VAT credited back yet? I don't see anything on my account.

Ordering direct from her site has always been a pleasure. The parcel comes speedy quick, everything is wrapped so beautifully and there's always at least one freebie. She should pass on some of her customer care tips to QVC while she's on shilling her wares.
