Just Recieved the letter saying that I will recieve the correct colours direct from Red Carpet. I am surprised as my order is still in process,and i had the call to say I would recieve my kit by March 1st. I thought as there was a delay,I would recieve the correct kit. Oh well won't be long and...

Forgot to say that the Qvc call came through on caller display as " International Unavailable". I was ready to put the phone down,get so cheesed off with all the foreign calls.

Just had an automated call from Qvc.It said that I will get my order,but it is delayed and will be with me by March 1st. I am not happy,it could be another 10 days before I get it.I will be asking for my postage back that's for sure!!

My confirmation email says I ordered at 11.51am,but nothing since,just in process. I was just hoping it has been sent without a tracking email as they are so busy. Fingers crossed but not looking very likely that I will get it any time soon.

Mine is still in process,ordered it about 11.30 am Tuesday. All those that have Recieved theirs,have you had an email first to say its on the way? Clutching at straws here,hoping its on its way even though it says it isn't .

Hopefully most of us will get the correct colour,just the wrong paperwork. Makes spence to have done it this way,since it seems every order was wrong.
