Catherine’s mentioned the fact that she sleeps in the buff when she’s been presenting shows so Carla wasn’t really betraying a confidence. The world and his wife probably know all about her lack of night attire, as well as other things that she’s regaled us with.

Julia always used to bang on about sleeping in the nude, with that coy look on her face. Guess what J and CH - no one gives a hoss. I sleep with half my wardrobe on and a dog under the covers to boot. Mr CC has a map, compass and torch if he needs to find me

Would Chunts approve of this very personal piece of info being discussed on TV? Maybe it adds to her mystique, and she wouldn't mind. This was on the sleepwear show this afternoon/evening.

Bunion and Morton's Neuroma apparently. I have a Morton's Neuroma, but the consultant is not keen on operating at present, as he said it doesn't always work. I have to wear flat shoes all the time though otherwise if I wear a heel it makes it painful to walk.

Morton's neuroma is a thickening of tissue around a nerve in your foot that's been irritated or damaged.

Rezzy is often hard to listen to. She's too hyped up, but better than either of the two Laura's. Fleming's voice needs training to eliminate shrillness and squeak. You can't listen to her for long. Crombie's voice is soft and pleasant, but she has the irritating habit of saying 'for you' in practically every sentence. It seems this phrase is hard wired into her vocabulary. It's really off putting. (does not being listed mean they are not permanent presenters?)

I saw Julia on a fashion show in Weds, looking lovely in a navy blue and white spotty dress. The effect was totally spoiled by those open-toed boot things she wears on her trotters. They were an ochre/tan colour - reminiscent of the inside of my 8 month old great nephew George’s nappy.
