Topcashback and QVC

Just a heads up here.

Before Christmas I used an easypay coupon for a large order. It included some cozee bedlinen which I returned as the colour of the pink/polka dot was far more vivid than pictured.

I purchased through TCB and the order tracked properly.

Anyway as I returned part of the order it looks as though the entire order cashback has been cancelled.

So moral of the story is .... always purchase things separately.

To be fair to QVC so far their orders have always tracked promptly, this is a first for me. Just irritating, that's all.

Easy-pay has sometimes been a problem with Quidco, with only the first payment counting towards cashback.

QVC purchases always track very quickly for me via TCB, but their average pay out time is 16 weeks!! How come they can't manage it within 6 weeks like the other sites I use?

Thanks for the link Sazza. I used topcashback for my qvc purchases, have been buying a lot less recently so hadn't noticed this until now! :doh:
