TomTom TSV

Hi all, I keep getting tempted by these gadgets! Would love to try a SatNav, but just don't know which one! Does anyone have this TomTom and how do you get on with it? I hear they don't work well in sparsely populated areas. I think this is XL version 1, which gets mixed reviews on Amazon. Any thoughts?

We love our TomTom (not this model though). We have had no problems with it so far and find it very easy to use. It's also one of the few Satnavs that doesn't sound disapproving if you ignore its directions for any reason (it just quietly recalculates the route without making a fuss about it :lol.

I have a TomTom satnav - not this model - and I love it. Easy to set up and use, better than the navman I had previously.

I too have a TomTom Satnav thee 520 I think it is have had no Probs what so ever with it.
