Stock updates - Repeats???

I'm confused. When programmes are repeated, how are we supposed to know what the situation is regarding stock?

They often have a flashing update on the graphics which will say limited or sold out. Hope that makes sense!

There is usually a "What's available" tab on the website and if you ring the automatic order line it will tell you if it's out of stock.

And .... sometimes when you're led to believe items are in stock - they're NOT!!! I have it on good authority that sometimes (as in the case of a recent Cricut show), the stock is with their suppliers, but they still tell you it's in stock and deduct it from your credit card. Then, as in my case, the goods are stuck in the middle of the Atlantic, they simply alter your delivery date on your net account, and add another month onto the anticipated delivery.:angry:

Needless to say, I contacted their CEX and the item was cancelled!
