thanks to Kitee giving me the adr of the CEO I emailed yesterday and a very nice chap got back to me today issuing refunds (one even for an item I only moaned about as I send it back 3 weeks ago and had not been refunded) and they gave me £15 credit for messing me around so to speak.
Thank you to Kitee and if only it was this easy to deal with QVC all the time.
Think I'll def have the Lola Rose TSV now lol

I had exactly the same result today! I emailed the CEO yesterday regarding the Tova boomerang ring I moaned about on another thread, and earlier received a call from a very polite member of staff who apologised profusely and credited me both the amount it cost me to send the item back via Special Delivery and a £15 goodwill payment to my account :clapping:. I suspect they had a list of us to deal with today :giggle:
 
All sorted here (thanks everyone) it felt nice to be heard. I got P&P for latest item refunded, plus £20 goodwill and second item has been sent out now. Also encouraged to let them know if ever anything needs to be sorted again.
