I would like some kind of update on Peter Simon. I need to know he's okay. I hate the thought of him out there, sat in that tiny blue t-shirt that shows his mid-drift, bitterly pushing the meagre content of his Jane Plan meal around the plate, staring vacantly at his life-changing Vibrapower, now thick with dust from non-use, cries of 'the best time of day show' echoing around his head…

His heart must've broken faster than an Earnshaw strap when he heard even Kevski had defected to Shop Extra :(
One of those people who appears to think the Internet is the back of an Italian team’s goal. Cannot see any evidence directly of him on social media. Even the old Junior Showtime clip he’s meant to be in doesn’t show him..

Soporific my name is Den dragging it out for hours, those watching must have gone into a sleep induced coma 😴
Was it just one email all night?
We’ve got a email she excitedly shouts, puts on her glasses blurts something out, slumps back into her chair,Lyn Lyn Lyn someone is actually watching 🤣🤭😴

It was kind of sad how excited they all seemed about getting an email

I would have thought my calling it "innovative and a fresh new take on shopping tv" would have been enough for a rejection but no they really will be happy with any old tosh emailed in

"Producer can you order these for me"

She doesn't know how

More inspiring stuff
It's this kind of GUFF that treats the viewers as though they're thick. They used to do similar on IW mk1 'we're not allowed to order which is really annoying as I'd love one of these ...' or 'I've asked for one to be put aside for me if stock allows ...' eh? But I thought you aren't allowed to order?!?

All of it bullsh1t, all of it pathetic. Even if company policy was 'you can't order' emmm could a presenter not simply ask a relative/friend to order for them ;)

Weekend schedules aren't looking exciting, sadly. Cloudy with a chance of more drones. I find Richard unbearable, tbh. Drone, phone, phone, drone, PHONE THROUGH THE TV TO MAKE HIM SHUT UP.
I thought the mantra was family, friendship, fun? So, if 'family' is important to them, they'll be hoping many of the same people keep on viewing day in day out you would assume? It's a family after all.

So, on what planet would you want to watch regularly when they generally keep showing the same products?!?

Hand whisks, drones, air fryers, floor cleaners, hand whisks, drones, air fryers, floor cleaners, hand whisks, drones, air fryers, floor cleaners ...

Oh, SUCH FUN :)

Duke, I will go so far in saying it was the worst few hours in shopping tv history

It was dull the products were all old or things that were available much cheaper elsewhere. I didn't believe for a second Den believed what she was selling especially the sunglasses and most of all it was dull
I've not been watching bar the odd bit on YT but it appears as though they're already clutching at straws with the product selection. And how many sh1tty low value products would they need to shift to make any sort of decent money?

Sometimes in life you just need to accept it's time to move on. Surely the demise of IW mk1 should have been such a moment, without this rather pathetic attempt to revive it.

Presumably, due to budget restrictions, I assume they had the presenters modelling the wigs?

There was a quite telling moment at one point. The main craft channel was doing a promotion for Shop Extra (good idea) and Den and the gang were waving

I went over to the main channel and the presenter said "our boss knows these people and couldn't see them being out of work so thought he would give this a try to help them"

That is admirable but again it hardly sounds like anyone internally has any faith in this even

I don't know about the circumstances of the other three financially, but Ryan openly expresses that he and his partner run a public house, and he also has a presenters role on You Garden. To be fair, none of them seem to portray themselves exactly as hard up. I think Paul Wright would have been more philanthropic (and perhaps he has been) in giving jobs to some of the call centre type staff and the lower wage owners in general at the channel.
