According to the reports they acquired all the studio equipment etc from Peterborough so I would assume they will be put to good use at some point.

Since he and Blue Magic come as a pair, I wonder if his company has exclusive distribution rights for it. Cos I'd have thought that would've been back on IWMK3 by now otherwise.

Blue magic is a product from Future Developments Manufacturings Ltd (Stoke-on Trent), as you say maybe Simon's Seen on TV company has a deal with them, the Piranha brand is his own, just gets from a China wholesaler with his brand name put on it, which he sells through his Seen on TV business.
Simon, Richard Mears (Instant effects skincare) and Knowlesie (pretendy interiors expert) have also started a new company, VQD ltd as "agents involved in the sale of a variety of goods".
