On the subject of returns, Mike of the Masons never makes any reference to there being a cost to return in the form of a reduced refund.@Scraping the barrel Apologies, I can't remember who first introduced that topic, me or other and realise it's not the best forum to discuss and elaborate and will desist forthwith.
But multiple topics are usually handled simultaneously very well and we just respond to those that are of interest!
Just fyi: IW, like TJC, include a pre-printed RM postage sticker (Tracked 24). They deduct that, £3.99 usually, from the return credit. But if you use alternative postage, e.g. cheaper 2nd class you can save p&p money.
You can get home pickup with the pre-printed label on RM site using it's tracking ref, provided it covers the cost for your size/weight of package.
Or you can pay and book collection for alternate postage tariffs.
He sometimes says very quickly and almost out hand 'You won't get back your P+P obviously' or something similar.
He also implies that anything can be bought to 'try'. Which is kind of funny because, on their website it says 'items must in original unused and unaltered condition'.
Given, you could try on shoes for example to test fit, but much stuff like perfumes and similar will be sealed surely?
Does anyone here have any experiences of returning items to IW, good or bad?
