Whoopie. It’s Michael Cane again..

Now, I want you to picture of this scenario, she says. you only have one leg, but you’re walking two Rottweilers, by the cliffs. One of your Rottweilers sees a cat and then bolts forward and pulls you off the cliff. A 200 foot fall to certain death. Now, if you only you’d had this cane, you could have at least triggered the alarm as you still fell to your death..

Thought they've already done Black Friday.
I'm sure I read something the other day saying a high percentage (I think it was 75% or maybe higher) of so called Black Friday 'deals' were at some point cheaper within the previous 12 months. This was in general i.e. not selly telly.

Also, as happens with all these things, it gets extended and therefore diluted in its 'wow' factor. i.e. we get Black Friday itself but also things like Black Friday weekend, Black Friday week, Black Friday month.

These sales days that maybe actually meant great deals at their inception end up meaning very little in terms of true bargains.

Lindsey said she doesnt work for IW, but works for herself, and she won’t sell anything, that she doesn’t use herself, or believe in, Is that BS
If she worded it like that then yes, it's almost certainly bullsh1t. Because she's then inferring she's bought everything she's presented which I doubt very VERY much ;)

I've read that as well, while there may be an odd true bargain, these are usually just the loss leader to attract folks to the store or in this case channel, most of the items are reduced for black friday or sales use the inflated RRP or High web price as the starting price for the reduction, which of course is nothing like their selling price the items had when they featured in shows. So Black Friday prices in shopping tv world tend to be near enough the same or very similar to the price they were when they featured in live shows.

Yeah, other presenters make similar claims, which if it were true then they've got more money than sense and their house if full of stuff that they can't possible have time to use.

I think the wording may be important, i didn't see the bit but if they say they use everything, implying they've bought it and use it regularly, then clearly they are bullshitting as they can't possibly afford all of the stuff nor have time to use all this stuff. On the other hand, if they say they've tried the stuff they sell, then that could be possible, ie if they were given samples to try the product but they don't actually buy or use every item from that point onwards. hope that makes sense.
