Problems with Collection of Returns

Has anyone else ever had trouble getting Parcelnet to collect items for return? I have everything delivered to my office address which has never been a problem but it's a total nightmare trying to get anything collected from there. Last time I had to return a bulky item it took almost 6 weeks, 5 phone calls and eventually it was picked up by good old Royal Mail. Can't understand the problem. I assume many customers work full-time, or even part-time, and can't afford to sit at home for days on end just waiting for the courier to call.

You're really lucky, I'm not allowed to receive parcels at work..might be a good thing though as it kinda keeps me in check. If they allowed parcels I'd go nuts!

Hmmm, nuts I am!! The guys in the post room are convinced I've got shares in QVC.
