It’s covered by their own 6 month guarantee. You don’t need the return slip either to my knowledge. Go to my collection and look up the details and put them in package with it. you could say in your review that you’re sending it back. They can’t refuse to refund you for price plus your return postage.Surely a defective item is covered by the sale of goods act 2015.
Jojo, their quality control has deteriorated in line with everything else. Is it worth a try at contacting them anyway, and asking for a refund - especially if you are someone who has bought items recently? A stone with a crack should have been spotted, you're absolutely right. Pretty appalling that it wasn't.So peeved with my cracked emerald pendant. Ripped the security tag off before noticing. How do they accept this from the factory in India? I have oiled it after taking the pics, but it’s still worthless
Isn't there six-month warranty for faulty items? Well, that cracked stone definitely is faulty, so you're entitled to a refund. As for Quality Control, I don't think they have such a luxury.Jojo, their quality control has deteriorated in line with everything else.
