Go to my collection and look up the details and put them in package with it. you could say in your review that you’re sending it back. They can’t refuse to refund you for price plus your return postage.

Jojo, their quality control has deteriorated in line with everything else. Is it worth a try at contacting them anyway, and asking for a refund - especially if you are someone who has bought items recently? A stone with a crack should have been spotted, you're absolutely right. Pretty appalling that it wasn't.
