Yeah, it should have been sent out by now. It's frustrating there's not a pic up, I wanna see the colours! I wonder if it's the remover part that's holding it up? They seem to have trouble stocking them. Hope it hurries up, I'm impatient! 
There have been a few reasons mentioned by people over on facebook. Some people have had a letter about the delay, others like myself have not. Others have been told by QVC when they queried that they didn't tell Nails Inc the correct figure that ordered the auto delivery so more is being made now. As usual lots of stories doing the rounds when there has been a mess up!

I had the letter today telling me that they are short of stock and if it isn't in stok in 30 days my order will be cancelled. Great service once again from Q

This seems to be happening more and more at QVC. L'Occitane was another where people had AD cancelled.

I got a letter and a text today. Yes it says it was more popular than they anticipated and they don't have enough stock to fulfil the orders at the moment.
I agree Sazza, they would have known how many they needed in January. Totally ridiculous. Wonder what has really happened. !
Dare say they will just cancel it in 30 days. Not good enough. It doesn't half put you off ordering anything else on auto-delivery.

I also had the letter and phone message, My smashbox AD was cancelled a while ago, well more forgotten about until I contacted QVC about it. I did get £10 credited to my account as an apology though. I hope the LD is not cancelled. !!!!!

Just had an email and my Nails Inc. auto delivery is on its way. Now if only I could remember what will be in it................
Well according to groups on FB the contents are not same as what someone was told by QVC a month or two back. The details were not known on TSV day in January as they would not be decided till after fashion weeks. However someone asked and got details and now what people have seen of listing and been told by QVC now is totally different!

It has arrived. The colours I have received are:
St. James Square (Pale blue)
Royal Mews (holographic silver)
Brighton (green feathers)
Hampton Court Palace Gardens (orangey/yellow)
Featherstone Street (shimmery pink)
Pembroke Square (dark purple leather effect)
Nice colours, but not keen on the leather ones at all.

Sounds very pretty! Ay idea if this set has an individual order number please? (For those of us who never got the TSV/auto delivery)

well you can call up and ask for 203261 which is saying the auto-delivery but you should be able to order that now via an operator at the TSV price

I have just managed to order it on the phone with customer services using that second item number. I'd not "discovered" Nails Inc when this was a TSV/AD so I'm really pleased I could get the pack.No idea if I got it for the TSV price or not...? (I was told £27 plus £3.95 in p&p) ....but I'm just happy I could order it. Thanks SCW - I'm so happy for your help

TSV price £24.96 + £3.95 postage so looks like you might have got it at the intro price which is still a good deal

And a good deal indeed. I had the colours listed from catzrcool's post above, so I asked them to tell me what was included on this item number before ordering it. So I know it's the May AD set for sure Thanks again
