Nails inc have posted this on there FB page regarding the Auto delivery

Thank to everyone for their comments regarding the QVC Auto Delivery. We are very sorry for your disappointment and will do our best to help as soon as possible. We are currently investigating this issue as a matter of urgency and will respond later today. Thank you for your patience

Someone on the Q FB page said Nails Inc were ignoring people and saying it was a QVC matter. Interesting. :bandit: Also another poster on FB said there are letters being sent out it seems.

How an earth is it possible to cock up an auto-delivery? They only have to produce a certain number of units (maybe with a few extra for breakages at the warehouse). So have they arrived at the QVC warehouse but the delay is QVC's fault. Or has Nails Inc failed to deliver? Or non of the above? Who knows! They'll probably just send out the standard "we detected a quality issue with some of the stock" letter and we'll never know!

Following the Red Carpet TSV debacle you'd think someone in the nail product supply chain would be hyper vigilant to spot any future goofs!

What a shambles!

QVC are famous for making a ballricks or auto deliveries. L'Occitane was one of the first a few years back. Usually the seem to just send out letters cancelling the last one.

You'd think they'd learn something from each cock up, that's the frustrating thing. They don't seem to acknowledge how disappointing it can be for their customers. Surely lots of buyers would like the option to wait a little longer but still get their auto delivery drop rather than an impersonal "tough sh!t we cancelled your order" letter!

Very poor!

This is what else they put on FB.

Unfortunately due to an internal error, the list of polishes that was communicated to you for the Auto delivery collection was incorrect. Therefore some of you were expecting alternative polishes. We are very sorry for this and any inconvenience caused. The nail polishes that you have received are as follows and this is the correct Auto delivery:

Brighton – a limited edition teal and yellow Feather effect polish only available on nailsinc.com
Pembroke Square – a plum Leather effect polish exclusive to QVC customers only
St James' Square - a brand new pastel turquoise shade exclusive to QVC customers only
Hampton Court Palace Gardens – a vibrant orange polish perfect for spring summer and inspired by the catwalk
Featherstone Street - a brand new shade iridescent hot pink exclusive to QVC customers only
Royal Mews – a stunning iridescent nude / silver polish
Express Nail Polish Remover pot – one of our fastest selling launches this year

We will do everything we can to ensure that this error does not happen again in the future. We hope you understand and that you enjoy the polishes that you have received. The polishes (excluding the Express Nail Polish Remover pot) that you were expecting to receive as part of this Auto Delivery will be available to buy as a collection on QVC in August this year.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kindest regards
The Nails inc team

Some on FB are not happy. They are complaining about getting old colours, when on the TSV day it was suppose to be catwalk trends which had not even been known at that time. In other words so new they had not even been announced.

I agree. Heather announced that May/June delivery hadnt been made yet as the colours would be "bang on trend".....Not.

I wonder how many ordered the TSV on AD just to get this "on trend" drop? There's always a % of buyers who wouldn't return the first set (you know I'm not this person). The first set should be returnable as it was sold as part of an on-going package that was mis-represented in the sales pitch. Anyone wishing to tackle QVC CS about returning the first set the word "misrepresentation" should be repeated until they send you a label. You're cancelling the purchase because of the mis-rep which isn't time-limited to the 30 day mbg but is part of your statutory rights as a consumer.
