She’s often caught by the camera looking at herself on set and seeing if she’s okay. I’m not sure if it’s vanity or concern that she looks presentable. She’s extremely loud and very distracting with an almost aggressive tone in her voice and manner. I find her uncomfortable to watch and find her presenting skills lacking, juvenile and weak. She acts like a child who has been chosen to read to the class.
 
I know that we criticise many of the QVC presenters, but try watching some of the other shopping channels for more than about five minutes! I have flicked onto Ideal World from time to time, but oh my God, how on earth do they get these jobs? Sally Jacks on IW keeps screaming every so often (why?), none of them are at all professional, in fact they are very annoying. Since the channel was relaunched it’s worse than ever! At least QVC seems a lot better organised and watchable.
 
Anyone who wants to be a QVC presenter must be able to talk convincingly about any product for a long time without pausing. They also must be average/fairly good looking, with healthy skin and teeth. The sloppiest dressed presenter imo is Alex Kramer. She usually looks ready to start her housework. Chloe comes a close second.

Chloe looks as though she has put on weight.
 
Only eight minutes in and Ophelia is already loving that we're online and shopping in this hour, then telling us we're loving the bag, then saying that she loves the bag, then the next bag came along and yep she loved that too. The woman is no better despite the time she's been 'presenting.' I can't stop listening out for the loving, loving, loving. Time to watch something I've recorded even though I'd like to have seen the bags.

I feel sorry for Sam Ovens who is on with Ophelia. Sam is one of the best BAs, not only does she know her products, she comes across as a very personable lady.
 
Has Sam had her teeth/lips done? I was watching her with Craig the other day, and her mouth looked different, and her essssses sounded more pronounced. I also think she is one of the better ones, seems a lovely friendly person, and an excellent well informed presenter.

She drives me mad too. She always loves everything, no matter what it is and is checking herself out constantly on the monitors.

Everybody on QVC seems, to me, to have had work done lately.(Apart from the old faithfuls, Debbie, Julia etc of course) I won't buy any skincare from BAs who have new faces, doesn't say much about their brand imo. I too switch off when Opheilia is on I'm afraid - but I still don't find her as awful as Jill Franks!
