Is it possible to buy the B&B on it's own from La Q ever? I've bought the last two TSVs and a split pan with the ethereal Rose but actually all I want going forward is the B&B but it never seems to be in stock.

Why was there a real difference in texture between the two last TSV lipsticks when it appears they're the same "make"? I'm not a big lippie fan but I quite like the texture of the Berry Banana but hated the texture of the Strawberry Toffee or whatever it was called from the last TSV ... can't check as it was so drying I binned it. The Berry Banana is quite good on my paler winter skin. It didn't work at all when it arrived but I was quite tanned at the time.

There's a spf balance and brighten with a brush in stock in all four shades:
item no 200799

Though I'm now wondering do you in fact mean bronze and brighten?

No I do mean Balance & Brighten but they both come with a brush. I don't need a brush and I'd rather not pay for one lol. I'm sure they must do it without the brush. In fact I thought it was on last time LG was on. I could be going bonkers though.

If I can't easily buy it on it's own I might end up not bothering at all.

Have you checked ebay tinkerbelle? I have bought a few things from there as long as they are new, and they are absolutely fine.

Well I've bought the SPF one from QVC as the last three I've bid on on eBay have gone for more than tge introductory price on QVC. And QVC do include a brush I neither want nor need but that makes eBay even more expensive.

I think I shall have to find an alternative as this will get on my wick!

Any suggestions? Must be similar to LG. I already use BE but wand something quick an easy as an alternative. Can't be arsed with liquid foundation and don't want another loose powder option. Picky ain't I?

I liked the first LG B&B I ever had.Not sure it had the right amount of coverage but I got used to it and liked it.

Like you,I could never get hold of it.There were a few on ebay but like you say, going for much more than the product was ever worth.

I then went onto BE,and again liked it - but thought it was too expensive to land all over me,my sink and the bathroom floor.

If BE were to do their mineral powder in a pressed pan,I'd definitely go for it again - however,I don't feel the colour choices are easy to match to skin.LG is a bit more simple.

So forward to today,I now wear maybellines matt mousse and have done for a while.Absolutely love it.It covers my rosecea brilliantly - and every other foundation that I may be tempted to try doesn't come near it IMO.That said a colleague of mine couldn't get on with it.

I am the same as you!! already own several brushes and do not want several more, I just want the Balance n Brighten - surely not too much to ask for. I do not want to keep buying the TSV's as I do not need tons of blushers - LG blushers last for years whereas the Balance n Brighten I need to replace sooner. I get on well with this and would rather not have to search all over again for a product that suits just because I am unable to obtain it.

I use B&B most of the time. If I've run out I use a Clarins solid powder foundation. you could always visit a dept store and try it.

I reckon it would be popular as not everyone has the brush that comes with the balance and brighten or bronze n brighten. Some people might want it. The recent tsv didnt include any brushes so some people might want the actual Laura Geller one as it is probably best used with it and doesn't destroy the product! I used a kabuki brush on it and it almost made a crack in it.. I didn't even press that hard! That was on the brand new balance and brighten, right after I had received it!
