Well I thought I would just wait as mine wasn't showing as in process or dispatched or even appearing on my account. It didn't last time either until 2 days AFTER courier-lite / diet-courier / courier-zero ( am NOT a fan ) felt like dropping it off. So I was not too worried.

But as it still hadn't arrived today I called up CS, to be told it was cancelled .

...imagine this kids ...................

" I didn't cancel it "

" I know you didn't "

" so who DID cancel it ?"

" no-one "

"So WHY is it cancelled ? "

" I am not sure, it is just cancelled "

SO we are now left with the mystery ghost order canceller , she is not sure if it can be reordered as even though she very nicely tracked down the item number and tried. Apparently she has emailed someone who will get back to me , no timescale and she is not sure if they will call write or email.:31:

Like I said mine was shipped on the 5th according to "My Account" but I am still waiting
I emailed QVC today but havent had a reply yet

I was being sarcastic when I said hopefully get it in time for Christmas but it still hasnt turned up and QVC have not replied to my email

Its lucky its for me and I wasnt waiting for it as a christmas gift
