Detective theories aside, I DO think it would be good to have a name for the COO. It would help to make us feel that we are getting a personal service, rather than dealing with a faceless organisation.

I think it should be up to COO whether or not he wants to introduce himself, but I wasn't familiar with the name, so don't think he was ever 'front of house'. Hope that helps a bit.

I have to say this lady is a star. :YAY: She read my post about possibly being charged twice for my green diamond and was on the case in a flash.
