I bought for my daughter as an early Christmas present on easy pay and thought she could use before and after xmas - getting the full try out period. She said it was OK but wasn't hard enough. More a gentle roll and designed for older age groups. It went back quickly!

Delivery times - please allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery.

Let the mat do the work - as you lie back, consciously release any tension you can feel by allowing your body to become heavier and softer. The motion created by the Mat will move your body without you needing to exert any effort. In fact, the more you relax, the greater the benefits will be.

Stretch it out - particularly benefiting shoulders, back and hips, work to release tension and improve flexibility with the help of this versatile mat. The seven precision-controlled air chambers inflate in carefully choreographed sequences to stretch your body, so you can relax and let the mat do the work - all from the comfort of your own home!

Tailor every stretch - there are six pre-programmed sequences inspired by yoga positions to work your way through - Unwind, Recover, Stretch, Twist, Energise and Flow. Simply select your chosen sequence using the handheld control, which allows you to pause, play and customise the intensity of every stretch to suit your flexibility.

Easy foldaway design - with a handy foldaway design and a secure strapping system, it's easy to store your mat when not in use, and the convenient carry handle means you can even take it with you for relaxation time wherever and whenever you need it.

Controlled comfort - for a more customised experience, this mat can be used in two orientations, with your shoulders and back or your hips and back at the bolster end of the mat, allowing you to experience ease and relaxation as you work through the sequences.

Complete control - don’t worry about having to interrupt your relaxation regime, the easy to use, integrated remote control is at your fingertips and allows you to pause, play and customise the intensity of every stretch so you can work your way through the programmes with ease.

The trouble with this sort of thing is that many of us mere mortals would love to have a home with a built in home gym, relaxation room, swimming pool, jacuzzi bath etc etc, but we don't and all we can do to try and simulate that luxury lifestyle is to buy into these portable plug in options. Trouble is though, is that the surroundings make all the difference...who wants to be lying on a contraption like this in the middle of their front room with a trailing cable behind you and people trying to watch the telly on the settee behind you? Setting up a plug in jacuzzi mat in the bath tub, and lying there looking out at the bog, bottles of bleach and a toilet duck doesn't really do it for me. It's a lot of money to spend on something that requires trailing cables, and the fact you've got to set it up every time and then try and squeeze it back into the box doesn't equal relaxing. I'd sooner save my money and try and get some real home improvements done that will make my surroundings nicer or treat myself to a spa day!

I fancied this a while back, it was advertised here heavily and it looked relaxing. I then saw the price. It seems crazy crazy expensive to me. £200 doesn't seem a special price, when I was looking they were well under £200, some I'm sure were £150. Admittedly I didn't look if there were different models or variation in the spec so I can't pass comment there, but £200! More money than sense.

I understand people have different health and mobility issues and this might be of good use to some and that is fine. It might also be an entry point for some and that is also great, and I wish them well. I wished that person lived next to me, they could provide the room and if I could collect my kit I'd be able to equip it well. I had a three bedroom house to myself and still had difficulty setting kit out, as really for me - it needs to be there ready. This folding up and "putting behind the door" doesn't work. I need it there waiting for me, calling my name.

One could have a few sessions with a decent chiropractor for that money & probably be sorted - unless your day job is of the Hod Carrier/sheep shearer/bull trainer type. This mat will be sooo gentle & just theraputic. Anything that actually 'works' would need to manipulate muscles/similar, which has lawsuit written all over it. People will buy though, no doubt led by all the 'ooing' & aahing noises we will suffer by the usual bunch of jokers.....

I dunno, some years ago I bought myself a plug in shiatsu massage thing that attatched to the back of a chair and plugged in and it was agony to use, I convinced myself it was doing me good, then eventually snapped and thought, why am I'm putting myself through pain. I think my problem was that I didn't have a problem (ie knotted muscles and stiffness) so I was using it thinking it would simply be relaxing/good for me. I'm pretty sure there was a lot of H&S written into the instruction and some kind of disclaimer.
Before that I had a proper massage chair with footstool, it heated and vibrated, reclined etc but it was such a chunking hideous piece of kit that when we bought new settees it didn't look great in the front room, so moved it too back bedroom but it took up too much space and I didn't use it much after that and it ended up as a clothes depository....Donated to charity in the end.

I suspect if I had a room set out it would gradually become like Miss Havisham's wedding feast!

I really fancied this before Christmas but was too expensive for me (&150 was the cheapest then). I've found 150 € (Euros) in my bedside table (I knew it was somewhere in my bedroom) so I could con myself this is only £50 for me.

Switched midnight presentation - with DFlint. Wasn't going to get it but, totally not contributing to her sales targets.

I've bought some stuff but this seems so very expensive to me. Really expensive.

It seems expensive for a yoga mat.
Some years ago I bought a neck gadget as a TSV . Can’t remember the name Tek maybe ,but you lay relaxed on the floor or a bed and it positioned the spine/ neck. It worked a treat but like everything I didn’t persevere. It was very cheap in comparison.

Glad I didn’t bother watching this at midnight. Not surprised it was Freebie Flint selling it, notice how I avoided saying presenting it. It seems that she is there most nights, trying to ensure she is trying to sell the TSV thus ensuring she gets a sample. She is so predictable. Won’t be long until we see her stretching out in her sitting room or on that darned balcony. More clutter for Freebie F.
