I tend to put it on in the night when I can’t sleep. I really enjoy Jeff’s shows, I think he’s the best at the moment. Dave is great for my insomnia, his shows are not the most thrilling so it’s good to help me sleep. I don’t think I could watch one of his shows seriously though!!Just wondering out of curiosity
If anyone is still watching Gemporia and if so who is their preferred host?
Again, the only time I watch is when Jeff is on, from 11pm to 3am, Friday to Sunday. I couldn't tolerate watching when Dave Troth is on, which seems to be all the time.Just wondering out of curiosity

I was watching Jeff last night and was stunned when he said. “I know you all love to watch the duo of Toby and Lindsey presenting”. Had to go to A&E to get my mouth surgically closed. Seriously am I missing something. Is there a whole world of viewers out there who actually love Lindsey’s awful grating voice. Are nearly all the contributors here out of step.Again, the only time I watch is when Jeff is on, from 11pm to 3am, Friday to Sunday. If they want their profits to improve, and make Gemporia appealing to viewers & buyers again, they need to get rid of Troth and 'wonder-boy' Jake, the so-called MD. Troth loves the camera but, unfortunately, it doesn't love him and until someone in Management realises that, 'Gemmy' is going down the tubes, and fast!
Goodness knows how there are people out there who actually enjoy watching terrible presenters like Lindsey, who for me is the worst among the worstsI was watching Jeff last night and was stunned when he said. “I know you all love to watch the duo of Toby and Lindsey presenting”. I think they're being pushed for the hard sell.In general, it does make you wonder, well, it does me anyway, how many are 'bad' because that's how the company tells them to act. If that makes sense. OR, perhaps they are just fed up of how the company is being run and couldn't give a flying (rude word here) over how they appear on screen. Speaking of the older (not in age) presenters in that 'OR' sentence. I mean, you can see the decent presenters going down hill compared to their initial appearances: some faster than others.

I agree. Same here. I think Jeff is the most tolerable when he has a producer to work off.I tend to put it on in the night when I can’t sleep. Yes he's definitely at a bit of a loose end without katie there to bounce a conversation off. He seems to be a bit less buoyant on his own.Jeff is good, although he has been left high and dry without Katie the producer lately. Rosie announced today that Katie will be doing mornings, not sure where that leaves Jeff. I hope he knew.
Adina is ok because she doesn’t shout or sound amateur.
Is Milly coming back?
Agreed. Some presenters seem to have lost the will, while others are infuriatingly over the top.In general, it does make you wonder, well, it does me anyway, how many are 'bad' because that's how the company tells them to act. Totally agree, but the hours Jeff does will not keep the channel afloat. He does his design work during the days he is not with Gemporia so they really need to look to giving him more respect or invest in a few other decent presenters when he's not on. I don't like Jess or Lyndsey plus Ellis is pure annoying.Jeff is the only one worth watching.
Kate and Angeline tolerable.
The rest are horrific. Lyndsey Carr and Jess Foley being the worst two, and Ellis is getting up there close behind too.

To be honest, and I may have said this somewhere here already, or not: sieve and memory come to mind. Anyhow, if 'I' ever left a job, be it because of 'them' or myself, buggered if I'd go back to them once, let alone 3 times. I mean, you left them for a reason, why would you want to return to them? She freelances very occasionally.
If she's got any sense, she'll stay well clear of a return to the full roster because they've let her go on 3 occasions in the past.
I think the case that surprises me the most is that of Steph. She used to be a channel manager and then she left (during the great wave of redundancies) and went to work as a sales manager elsewhere. She now returned as a presenter, which technically is a demotion. I don't think I would have felt comfortable doing that.To be honest, and I may have said this somewhere here already, or not: sieve and memory come to mind. I know she used channel manage, but didn't know she actually left. I have heard her say, and I paraphrase, that she is just a presenter now.I think the case that surprises me the most is that of Steph.
