Just going to open my 3rd auto delivery gatineau 5 piece anti-ageing collection and noticed that it looks like its been a return. The sides and centre of the box have been sliced open and when its been sent out to me tape has just been plastered over the centre opening of the box.
Got on the pone immediately to customer services and told them I'm not happy, especially as its a beauty item and that I'm not going to open it so they can see exctly what i mean when its returned !
Was told that this should not happen and beauty items are not sent if they have been returned. yeah right !!!
Has anyone else experienced this ?
