I think that Dawn's public "having a dig" at him on every craft show I've ever watched can't have helped their marriage. If you don't want people to speculate about any of your private life you should keep it all quiet. She'll have to be prepared for the fact that some dotty old T caller may ask her where JJ is, because she has made him a visible part of viewers' lives.
