The biggest selling album in the UK is Queens Greatest Hits which has sold just under 6 million copies.
Abba Gold has just overtaken The Beatles to have the second best selling of all time, so I can't see why you would think Bat out of Hell has sold 21 million copies?

Whether you like her music or not at least I would class Celine as a valid "Celebrity" - That is someone who has acquired Fame and Celebratory status via demonstrating a true talent - her singing voice and selling loads of records. Not appearing in a home-made rude movie or flashing her bits to waiting Paparrazzi at every given opportunity. For this reason she should be welcome to appear on Q. Surely far preferable over some obscure Boyzone member. Or a dance judge flogging kitchenware.
