Hi Lp, the colours for sale last year and the ones I bought were grey and dark indigo, I haven’t tried these new colours yet, but the dark indigo (and they are dark) and the grey have kept their colour well and I’ve washed them loads of times. :mysmilie_3:
Thanks Shopper, ordered black and a Hot Cloth Cleanser, hubby ordered 2 lots of the socks.

Very tempted to try the Jeggings, but I have lost 2 stone since January and have another 2.5 to lose, so I don't really want to buy any more stuff until I have a better idea what size my body is going to settle at!
I'm currently rocking a lovely pair of size 16 Per Una jeans, which fit beautifully! (factory seconds bought half price from eBay)
If you'd told me at Christmas I'd be wearing size 16 jeans by March, I'd have laughed in your face :mysmilie_19: But I'm doing the 'T2 diabetes reversal' diet, and it's coming off fast.

Thank you Marina. No, the book I am using is The Obesity Code by Jason Fung, it is excellent. Very informative and a very easy read - I got the kindle version. That's brilliant Pick-a-Lily, congrats!
Is this a book 'T2 diabetes reversal'?
I had a little look on youtube and from what I gathered it may be similar to Michael Mosley work (the author of the 5:2 diet) - very low carbs, restricted calories (800 a day) and intermittent fasting. I have tried the low carb bit but without reducing the calories it's not really working for me. I have also noticed that both systems include apple cider vinegar.Thank you Marina. I am following the principles outlined in this book, doing Intermmittent Fasting on alternate days, under the supervision of my GP. I went yesterday for a follow up, and he nearly fell off his chair when he saw how much weight I have lost since I started on 7th January. My most recent blood tests are all greatly improved and I should be well out of the danger zone within another 6 weeks or so, although I still have 16kg to lose!
Dr Mosley recommends eating twice a day within a 6 hour window, and calorie reduction.I had a little look on youtube and from what I gathered it may be similar to Michael Mosley work (the author of the 5:2 diet) - very low carbs, restricted calories (800 a day) and intermittent fasting. It's an excellent summary and comparison of the two systems, thank you for your time and efforts Pick-a-Lily!
I used to fast years ago by Paul Bragg. Put a bit of weight in the last couple of years but not that much just a bit overweight, might have to try this approach again.
My friend used to tell me I'd do more harm than good to my health by depriving myself of nutrients and I thought it made sense at the time
The material is not thin or flimsy so you don’t get any cellulite showing and they’re very well fitting so no crinkles or wrinkles, all I can suggest is give them a go, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised xx
Will they make my bum look big?
Went to get some jeggins after work today, as from the date on the website I assumed they were launching on Thursday. No jeggins today. Asked for the store leaflet. No leaflets. So I assume (again) they are going to launch on Sunday when I'm going to be galloping to the store to see if they have some 'jo malone' staff.
I probably could, but because it's a courier delivery, I'd have to give the work address which I try not to if I can :mysmilie_17:I ordered the jeggings, some hot cloth cleanser and hubby 2 lots of socks. Been despatched, we order online as our local doesn't always have anything we want in stock. Isn't there anything you can order that will come up to £20 for free delivery?
