I had the green one with two speeds. It took forever to charge and the charge did not last long enough to do one room. It was one of the worse household items that I have ever bought. I now have the Rowenta stick vacuum from John Lewis and it is excellent.

This also happened to me. I had to pay the Royal Mail and Claim it back. CS said that my parcel should have gone via their courier not via the Royal Mail which is why it did not have a postage label on it.
