Yes, I used to buy Models Prefer years back and thought that is was good value for money (TSV's), I used to really like the dial-up foundation that you used to buy 2 coloured refil pots (light and dark) and then turn the dial from 1-10 to get the exact shade you were, but then I could not get...
Yes MadMax, you are so right! the Ideal Home Show is the worst. I have had things over the years from there and when got home they either didn't work or packed up shortly afterwards and because you bought it from there, the Companies did not want to know.....
I have the Boysenberry colour as I too love purple. I wasn't keen on the Grape colour one and I am glad I chose it. I ordered mine from Wheesh and mine also came with free gifts and a Kitchenaid cookbook that you sent off for. What colour did you go for in the end Mau-Mum?
Jilly is sitting down now, surely she must have seen herself in it? even the guest presenter who reckons she has worn this several times already, doesn't look great in it and she has said she is a size 2! which is what? a size 10 in UK sizes? surely not
It is indeed a very pretty dress BUT it is ONLY doing favours to the very slim model in the navy colour. Sorry to say, but Jilly looks horrible in it, it is too small and is clinging too much to her stomach and legs.
Couldn't agree more. In fact, Avon did a very similar necklace last year which was priced at £2.99 - not silver, I admit, but more moderately priced for a child. QVC are gettting worse with the drivel that they are coming out with
I have the Artisan in Boysenberry and it is gorgeous. Hubby bought it for me 2 years ago for our anniversary. I had a food processor which had numerous bits and pieces with it, but it drove me mad as the lid was a nightmare to click shut and then the actual processor bowl got a crack in it...
Yes, I find her baby bump very neat - wish mine had been like that, but then again she is a very tiny person and I would have been surprised if she had been enormous. I think being pregnant suits her, but like so many others, I do wish she would stop mentioning it every few minutes.
My thoughts exactly!!
BTW/.... I have just tuned into QVC on the Beauty Gifts for him and her show and just spotted her presenting again and she looks like she is auditioning for the role of Catwoman lol.... OMG.....:giggle:
I don't have a gifting cupboard BUT I do store some 'bits and pieces' in the spare drawer under the bed, however that said, it is NOT for giving to passing strangers etc. etc, but for specific people who I know will like these items. ie, some smaller L'Occitance items, ie, handcreams, shower...
Totally agree....... crikey, she gets right on my nerves -it is always about her!! she also thinks QVC is HER company too with the way she always says ' I've only got 10 pairs left' etc, etc.... I just cannot stand her and refuse to watch any show she is on
Hehehe.... this made me laugh..
Yes, definately Iggy Pop for JF...
I think JR looks like the woman on the advert (Halifax, I think) - the one where the woman and hubby are sitting in sleeping bags talking to the guy at the desk.
The photo of the woman who presents Gale Hayman really does look...
