Generally find the returns process fairly quick and haven't had any problems but I agree with Akimbo .. you'll be fine as long as you have the receipts. I'm sure it will work out OK so do give them a call. Good luck!

I've had a few pairs over the years (Madrid and Ibiza) and they are comfy enough once you wear them in. I had some 3 bar ones backalong (Florida I think) which really rubbed the top of my foot for some reason and I didn't care for those much. They can make my heels quite dry, rough (and sore)...

I didn't watch all that much today but I'm with you there Brissles, that back drop is just far too "busy". I expect we'll all get used to it in time but I have to say at the moment I don't really like the new look very much at all.

I swear by Leightons Renovate system and it's really helped my peely nails in the past. Also like the Perfect Formula clear gel to add strength but have gone off the pink one lately, on me it goes a slightly odd colour in the sunshine. My nails always suffer after filing too so I use a crystal...

I'm sorry Capirossi, I've no idea and a quick search round on the internet hasn't given me anymore info. I use the Gatineau one every day which I love but I don't know what the active ingredient in that is either. Reviews seem quite good for the Elemis one though so may be worth a try ... wish...

I got on pretty well with it and do use it from time to time when my nails get a bit iffy. Along with the moisturising oil it did help with my peeling problems. Find it tends to look a bit blue-y toned in bright sunshine, although thats not a great problem really in the UK at present!
