Why is stuff I ordered on Tuesday still showing as in process? Qvc really are slow. Was hoping to get the shampoo before the weekend and now it looks like next week! Rubbish or what? Ordered CDs on Sunday from amazon and they arrived Tuesday morning -

I bought the perfect formula set and used the clear topcoat over my nails inc. it lasted 2 wk with no chipping or cracking via work in a nursery school so my hands get some bashing about what with toys, sand n water. Really impressed -

I've cancelled orders that have been showing as in process on the new website. Seems to let you cancel right to the last hour or so before shipping. I ordered a dress n top then decided I didn't wànt the top. Went in and cancelled then dithered about the dress, hovered over cancel then decided...
