The QVC website isn't working for me at the moment. I can get on to the home page but then when I click on anything I just get the same page again. Is it just me (my computer), or is it the website?

I haven't seen the on-air demos at all but I'm put off by the name - there are so many "p"s in the blurb on the front page of the QVC website - my half-asleep brain this morning substituted one for the "c" at the start of "cubic chopper" - not a nice thought :lol:

It can take a while - I've got a purchase from 4th Nov which is still only tracked but everything before that is either validated or paid.

Hmm, it's fine on my laptop too. I'll try again on the main PC later - if it's still weird, maybe I need to update some software (we've just had a new hard disk and I think some of the software that the technician added was older versions)

I just tried to watch a product video on hte QVC website and it's in all weird colours. I tried to watch QVC live on the website and it's the same. Is it my computer? Or is it the QVC website? Videos on places like Youtube play OK for me.

I've just checked my earnings and both the items that showed as 0.00 have now been validated (even the item that I returned :18: :18: but I'm not going to confuse the issue by reporting that in case they remove my other one too, which is for a much larger amount). This didn't show on the front...

I agree. I've got some gorgeous Clarks boots this year - high heeled (but a wide heel so not so difficult to walk in) with a slight platform sole, similar to some far more expensice boots I've seen in magazines. Why can't QVC stock more up-to-date styles like that?

I don't think the problem described here is to do with cookies. My purchases tracked OK, so the cookies obviously worked. It's just that now the value QVC are willing to pay has changed. But as so many of us have experienced the same problem, I'm assuming it's a glitch and am hoping it will...

I have two 0.00 amounts showing - one was an item I returned, so I was expecting that, but the other I definitely kept. Centipede - I think it was a craft Quidclan that was talking about problems with QVC.

You're not the only one. All my recent purchases have tracked OK, but an older one that had tracked correctly is now showing as "received 0.00", and a few others have posted on the Quidclans about similar things. I've put in an earnings enquiry and will wait to see what happens.

I ordered that same Smashbox starter kit, it was dispatched on the 6th and has just arrived about an hour ago. That's about usual for QVC for me - very slow!

I agree. I missed the Gatineau kit as it "sold out" but I've just been back onto the website and was able to buy it after all :)
