As a comparison, I called QVC with a problem regarding a craft tool item I bought three months ago. Wasn't happy with how it was cutting, it was picked up the following day and refunded in full, all within a week. no quibbles at all.

i got a mini statement yesterday and if I have it right, I have been refunded the £59.99 cost of the oven, not the p&p. So that's it for me from IW. Never again.

Since reading the threads on here about this issue, I have noticed they constantly bang on about this 30 day money back guarantee at every opportunity. Talk about double standards.

I have the ideal world version with the hinge sitting here waiting to be picked up, the safety cut out stopped working properly after three weeks. I was pleased with the actual oven itself and once the IW fiasco is sorted will purchase another one elsewhere.
