I was given a £5 voucher too Dazzler as they messed up an order and so I decided I would never buy from them again - its too risky and not worth the hassle, they give shopping channels a bad name.

I saw that last weekend and my thoughts did turn to QVC.com , but the postage cost took away any advantage for me, its worth keeping an eye on though if the exchange rate becomes more favourable to us in the future.

Send them an irrate e-mail, it may get through to someone who has authority. I find it is hit and miss with customer services it so depends on who you speak to, but I wouldn't stand for that response.

I really like the L'occitaine Lemon Verbena handwash, it leaves a nice scent in the bathroom when you've used it and also on your hands.
