It’s covered by their own 6 month guarantee. You don’t need the return slip either to my knowledge. Go to my collection and look up the details and put them in package with it. you could say in your review that you’re sending it back. Is it worth a try at contacting them anyway, and asking for a refund - especially if you are someone who has bought items recently? Isn't there six-month warranty for faulty items? Well, that cracked stone definitely is faulty, so you're entitled to a refund.
