So, I've received confirmation from the ASA that they're now looking into this.

Interestingly, this one is being investigated by someone I've never heard from before with the title 'Investigations Executive' rather than by one of the usual two women that look into these and have the title 'Senior Complaints Executive'.

I may be reading too much into it, but maybe, just maybe, the ASA are thinking that after so many referrals this year, they need to start considering action?

I hope so - but I'm still expecting the usual "We've told them not to do it again."
